Policy

SANITATION
Proper sanitation is of utmost importance here at our salon. All metal implements are sterilized in hospital-grade equipment, the Midmark M9D Ultraclave Sterilizer (engineered and developed by Midmark Ritter to provide effective sterilization for medical instruments) for a minimum of 20 minutes, and then sealed in a pouch until next use.

CELL PHONE
Out of consideration for other clients and total relaxation, please mute all pagers/cell phones and keep all phone calls to a minimum.

APPOINTMENTS/ARRIVALS
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your schedule to allow plenty of time to park your car and check in.

LATE ARRIVALS
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for the full-service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.

NAIL CONDITIONS AND WOUNDS
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our service.
Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.

DIABETES
Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care.
No cutting services are allowed.

GUARANTEE
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 1 week of the original service. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are treated as cash, therefore, they are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

CHILDREN AND PETS
Children are welcome but must be under adult supervision at all times. Sorry, pets are not allowed as per state regulations.

COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS
Our complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to two servings per customer. Due to high customer volume, we are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phone or personal belongings. We appreciate your understanding.
